Getting married in Villa Ulignano in Volterra

Villa Ulignano in Volterra is a very elegant and classical stately home, it is one of our favorite wedding location in Tuscany because of its quiet and relaxing atmosphere. That’s where Lara and Karl, a young sweet couple coming from the UK, have arranged the sweetest wedding ever.

The wedding

Lara and Karl have had their wedding ceremony in front of the main facade of the villa, a really touching and heartfelt celebration that has had its end with the candle ceremony. The bride and the groom have lighted a single candle from their individuals candles to signify their new life together as a husband and wife.

After the ceremony, all the guests joined the newlyweds to the cinema hall of Villa Ulignano for the most amazing surprise: a video made by all their friends and families dedicated to them. The day continued with a typical Italian dinner in the main hall of the house and ended with a delicious Millefoglie cake among hundreds of sparkles shining in the night.

Ceremony and Reception Venue: Villa Ulignano, Volterra // Caterers: Giovannini Enterprises // Flowers Decoration: Le Petit Jardin
